Our Completed Projects27 Sunset The Island Housing Trust, with the assistance of the IAHF, purchased a former resident homesite house on a 10,000 SF lot at 27 Sunset Avenue out of foreclosure at the request and withthe assistance of the Town of Oak Bluffs in July of 2007. The house wassold to an income qualified family earning 140% or less of the median income and the land was ground leased with perpetual affordability restrictions by the Trust in September of 2007.
