Our Current Projects250 State Road, West Tisbury With a little bit of luck and a lot of persistence, the Island Housing Trust was able to strike a deal with a family estate that allowed the Trust to purchase and develop a 3-acre and a 5-acre parcel in West Tisbury while allowing the land to be protected through the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank. The Island Affordable Housing Fund and the Housing Trust envision building eight new high-performance, green homes in this "pocket neighborhood."
