About Us Board Member - Jeremy Henderson

Jeremy Henderson Jeremy is Managing Director at Société Générale, the largest non-mutual retail banking group in France. He is the Director of Marketing in the bank's Derivatives and Financial Products Group in Greenwich, CT. He is responsible for overseeing the structuring, origination, and sales of derivative and related and financial products, both for propriety purposes and to SG's clients in the America's. These products include fixed income and currency risk management instruments such as interest rate swaps and options; municipal finance and municipal derivative products; credit derivatives; and structure tax products. Mr. Henderson has been with SG since 1991 and was previously a member of the Interest Rate Swap and Capital Markets Group at Salomon Brothers in New York.


Jeremy Henderson was born in Oak Bluffs and has been a summer resident of Edgartown all his life. He serves as Treasurer for the Island Affordable Housing Fund, and is the Overseer of the Vineyard Open Land Foundation, and is a regular supporter of Island charities.


He holds a B.A. degree from Harvard University and a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.
